Wade brings back fond memories of Dallas with MVP trophy
By:
Art Garcia
Topic: sports

Dwayne wade sure enjoyed finishing first in North Dallas. Wade led all the All-Stars Eastern Conference with 28 points as the Eastern Conference held on for a 141-139 triumph before a record 108,713 fans packing Cowboys Stadium. This is the second time wade have left Dallas with a
victorious night. Wade believe that he has a little luck in Dallas. In 2006 he won MVP at the NBA championship in Dallas against the Mavs, and at the 2010 All-Stars game he had yet again won MVP in Dallas. Wade played a great game from hitting three's to dunks. Wade says he had yet another memorable night that he will never forget. Wade had put on and excelled show for All-Stars fans at the Cowboys Stadium.

This is not bias to anyone unless you don't like Dwayne Wade. Not really important to the future. Man everybody was playing an awesome game that night. How do i know? I was there that night D-wade as i call him scored the most points out of both the Eastern and Western Conference. He came to play that night, and if you ask me I think he just like playing in Dallas personally because he always be beasting when he come here. Not only did he win MVP but he made that a rememberable not for me. That was the night when I saw him dunk for the first time in his career, but you have to be on your A-game if you are playing with LeBron James playing on your team. As they say go hard or go home, and I guess D-wade didn't want to go home.

Alexander McQueen Found Dead
The Associated Press
Topic:Unusual Event

Forty year old fashion designer Alexander McQueen was found dead in his london home on Thursday after finding internet posting of his sorrow for his mother death. They say that is a possible reason on why he committed suicide but there is no official confirmation from the police, or McQueen's publicists. Workers found McQueen hanging in his apartment at 10a.m. but the newspaper gave no further details. The fashion world couldn't believe that such a young successful fashion designer was now dead. He was known for his sexy and perfect for the red carpet presentations. He was always known as a cheerful man and no one would ever think something like would happen. His mother's death hit him hard because she was his world, and once she was gone he just couldn't bare living without her. McQueen was suppose to be having a fashion show for his new line coming out but because of the news of his death it was later canceled.

This is not bias toward anybody and it might be important to the future. McQueen was a very awesome fashion designer I always love to see what next he was going to put on the red carpet. His death not only came a shock to me but I also couldn't figure out why he did it. It's true he was great at what he did but he was at a very young age. He was at the top of his game in the fashion world but nothing was more important to him then his mother. The did everything together and I understand why he was feeling sad. To me she would probable want him to still keep going on with his success, but once you lose someone you love that can really mess you up. So my blessing goes out to his family and may they be strong about their loses.

U.S. to Soon Pay Half of Health Care Costs

The Associated Press
topic:heath

Federal and state programs are coming up with ways were they are trying to pay half of health care tabs by 2012. The government is trying to speed up the time. Weather they like it or not its going to come faster then they expected. Most people don't agree with the new plan. It's going to happen but the government is not quite sure when. The problem is they really can't agree when the right time will be the right time to do it. Some people says it should happen now with what the U.S. is going through. Most people think it should wait to the U.S. gets back on their feet.

This is not bias toward anybody. This is very important to the future because more people might can have more health care. I think that the soon they start the better. Health care has been a very important topic in the U.S. becuase most people in America don't have health care. It's not just because they don't want it, it's becuase they can't afford it. The government is finally stepping up like they need to. Some people say that this might not be a good idea but you are not the ones without health care. It only seems fare to me if the do start paying half the tab, but if you don't like it why don't you pay for people to get health care. If you aren't going to do nothing about, or have something bad to say about it just shut up. That's just how i see it, this is a good idea and the government needs to keep working to make this happen.

Toyota We Fixed the Gas Pedal Problem
The Associated Press
topic: Business

Toyota says that they have found a way to fix the gas pedal problem. The company said that they have sent a e-mail to all their works on thrusday night. Toyota say that their engineers are working around the clock fix these problems in eight of their models including the camry. The Toyota accelerators rarely stick but yet people are having these problems. Toyota had to recall at least 2.5 million of their cars last week. The U.S. wasnt the only one having this problems Europe and china also are faced with the same problems. Most of the cars that they had to recall back was from 2007-2010. Safety experts said the best thing to do about the pedal is to hold down the brake really hard and hold it firmly.

This is not bias toward anybody. This is important to the future because people lives are in danger. It's about time Toyota came up with something to solve their gas pedal problems. People are saying that they don't feel safe driving in their cars anymore. I have one question is don't you test these cars before they sold them. If they did test them then they should know that they were having these problems, and wouldn't be going through this. Hopefully what Toyota came up with will really solve these problems.

How to Get Control of Your Wired Kids

topic: Technology

Vice president of the Kaiser Family Foundation Vicky Rideout was studying how much time kids spend using media. In 1999 they found that children used six hours a day using media, the same goes for 2004. They did another test in 2009 and found that kids used media 7.5 hours a day. Rideout said this is no suprise because records should that kids only spend 16 minutes online doing homework. They have also found that African-Americans and Hispanic kids use more media then white kids. Rideout says the reason for this is that the kids are using mobile media.

This is bias against African-American and Hispanic kids. Yes this will be important in the future. These test don't really seem very reliable to being going off of. One they did not say how many children they test from each age group. Second how many did they test from all three races that they mentioned. Those are just a few reason why these test should not be counted. Did they test any other race besides those three? Are question that are very important in research. I also find it hard to believe that white people use less media then the other to races. I'm not trying to down what they researched it just if you are going to do something like this dig a little deeper, and give more details. That'a all I have to say about it.
